Enterprise Rent-A-Car

At first I was disappointed because the car I reserved was not available. I reserved a compact SUV. But I really was satisfied with the Dodge Grand Caravan that was provided. I thought that the gas mileage would hurt my wallet, but it was much better than expected. The van provided a smooth comfortable ride during my trip. I will do business here again.

He told me he might have a vehicle tomorrow. And the 1-800 number is telling me I can pick up tomorrow. I don't like that I have to wonder if I'm I am going to be able to rent one or not.ud83dude44Greenwood Mississippi....

The rental process and pick up was good. The vehicle had a very strong smoke smell. It took several cans of air freshener to get it tolerable.

My experience was horrible.. It was done at the Greenwood MS branch .. They took my deposit because the person who took my keys didn’t log the car I returned til that Monday .. I was told that I was late and the office was closed.. My question was why did the employee take my keys if they were closed.. I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it ..So I guess i was supposed to pay for 3 days of a car that was sitting on their property.. I also called all the cooperate numbers and all they could do is dispute the charges .. I will never do business with this branch again very unprofessional and they kept putting me on hold and hanging up.. I am not done with this matter.. I feel bullied to pay for something that was not in my possession..
