I called to make a reservation about 20 minutes before closing time. I was put on hold to speak with a representative, but no one ever answered and I was disconnected when the office closed, never having spoken with anyone.nnI called again when they opened for business the next day and all I got was the same hold message. I drove the 25 minutes to take care of the reservation in person and stayed on hold the whole way. When I walked into the building, it was vacant except for the representatives, who were unoccupied, and nowhere near a phone or a computer.nnIf the logistics of my trip hadn't made it absolutely necessary that I leave from the Enterprise location at the Branson Airport, I'd have gone elsewhere. The whole experience was an absurdly unnecessary waste of time. I won't go to that location again and won't recommend it to anyone.
Tried to rent a car here and card was denied because they tried to charge 400 to my card. I was able to rent a car out of Birmingham Alabama enterprise just a month earlier but that's probably cause they weren't as crooked as this place. That's ok cause they saved me money. Thanks enterprise of branson airport
