I will NEVER rent a vehicle from this company again. Also, do yourself a favor and don’t bother responding with the automotive message with your b.s. customer service phone number. The vehicle was low budget, the customer service was low budget and your company is low budget. I’m sticking with Enterprise Car Rental where I know I’ll be treated like a valuable customer!

I've been renting from this location for over 3 years now and have nothing but stellar service and experiences with them. Prices are fantastic, the agents are super helpful and there is always availability for almost any vehicle class.nI stay well away from the airport because of the higher airport taxes and this location simply can't be beat.nBit of background, I rent at least once a month and regardless if it is for business or pleasure the service and quality are the same.nWell done on providing sterling service!!

Being a Preferred member with free upgrade and it was listed on my account and still didn't get the correct vehicle. This cost me an hour and half driving time having to go to another location out of the way to get the correct vehicle. This is my second occurrence at this location. Won't be back again. The staff of the previous 2 years were great. Not sure what's happened at this point.

Horrible customer service. I turned my rental in 3 days early and I was told that I won’t get my money back for those days after the vehicle had been checked in by the owner. I asked for the vehicle back since I’m paying for it anyway and I was told I would have to call customer. Customer service told me that it was up to the office I dealt with to give me the rental back. Mr.Olsen said he couldn’t give me the vehicle back and I’m basically out of 100 dollars. I don’t know why they call themselves Budget when they are ripping people off smh. Avoid this place like the plaque. I’m reporting them to beter business bureau this is ridiculous. I called the area manager and he never called me back. I’ll stick with enterprise from now on! Better customer service and the vehicle don’t have burn holes in the seats.

I thought of renting, but looking at the reviews, i don't think people are wrong. There must be something wrong with the people in this location, because i rented in the one in Manchester and they are super good and helpful too. Might be budget have to work on this location to maintain their good name. Else it will affect their other branches as well...
