Horrible experience. Got stuck in traffic for an accident for 3 hours on 81 on the way to return the car. Let the owner know what was going on just to have him rudely argue with me over text then try and charge me for another day. Then he tries to charge me for a bunch of other erroneous things like 159 dollars for ashes found in the car. Mind you there was not a no smoking sign or sticker in the car. And when I got the vehicle in the first place it smelled horrible and had someones else's hair all throughout the car. We even wiped the vehicle out before returning just to be charged anyway. Chris was the owner of the car. I will never do business with him or fiesta again. And I recommend you dont either!
If you’re looking to rent vans, mini vans and trucks this the place to go! Forget all these other big rental companies they try to force you to buy extra insurance and extra gas coverage that you don’t need and you’ll end up paying way more than you should. I recommend this place!
I've been in the area a few times and know that I can always count on Fiesta when I need a car. They are very friendly and always make the process quick and painless. I highly recommend Fiesta to anyone that needs a car rental!!
