Horrible place of business. Wish I could have gave no stars. Car smelled of cigarettes and windshield was dirty (streaks) had to clean myself. When a got the rental vehicle I was told $22 a week was my portion after State Farm pays theirs. After returning was charge $8.75 a day (which wouldn’t have been bad if only I was informed) and they didn’t inform me State Farm had a cap. They kept billing my CC for the full amount after the cap and never called me to tell me. I found out from looking at CC online and called hertz then they told me. What poor customer service to not call me and inform me State Farm had stopped paying and keep billing credit card that was on file every day for the full amount. This was the most horrible staff I ever dealt with. They were young and never correctly informed me on amounts or when they started to bill me for the full rental. I would have definitely returned the vehicle. I guess this is part of their scamming and borderline stealing from customers.

I had a great experience here, better than at others. how to get a car last minute when mine needed to go to the mechanic, I didn't have any discounts other then it was just on their website, but they had the best price compared to any other places around. I did the cheapest manager special and ended up with a fancy Dodge charger for under $40 a day :) When my car took longer than expected to be repaired it was super easy to extend my rental...2 times haha. The car was clean when I got it, I'm picking up the car took about 10 or 20 minutes, would have been less if my card hadn't declined for my bank for being an unusual purchase but as soon as I was able to tell my bank I accept it the rest on their end was completely smooth and fast,. That had nothing to do with them just my security settings with my card. Returning it was also less than 10 minutes and the staff is all been super friendly. They even gave me a short demo of the car since I wasn't super familiar with the keyless systems. I will be going to this place from now on when I need rental cars, , I only just wish they were open either a little bit later in the evening or on the weekends so I could swap cars after work.

Horrible Rental experience. The staff is a bunch of unprofessional kids, vehicles were filthy. From phone call, to pick up, to leave with a vehicle took 2 1/2 hours. Never will I drive a vehicle from hertz again. Stay away

From day one these guys have been absolutely amazing they made our trip much better than it would’ve been we were in an accident in Ocean City which was not our fault and the guys in Hagerstown handled it flawlessly with no issues we won’t rent anywhere else unless we absolutely have to Jordan was great
