If you ever need to rent a car go here! I have never met a business owner like this one. He is very , thorough and understanding. Me and my boyfriend do not know anything about renting a car and we were very unprepared but he worked with us like no other company would. I would recommend peer 2 peer to anyone who needs to rent a car. Thank you for helping us we truly appreciate everything! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

MORE LIKE PEER2POCKET!!!nnI would sincerely advise that you not rent a vehicle from this man. First of all when you go to rent the car you have to go into his residence to sign the paperwork which in itself is unnerving enough... Second of all, instead of the standard $200 deposit there is a $250 deposit.nnI was recently in a very bad car accident that totaled my brand new vehicle while visiting family in Baltimore, due to the Covid-19 people are actually forced to release their own vehicles from the impound lot as opposed to your insurance just picking it up. So I had to pay $225 to first release the vehicle from impound, and then I had to pay a total of $320 to rent a vehicle from this man for 24 hours.nnI am a cashier, I work full-time but everybody that works for minimum wage knows that you work your hiney off and are not paid as much as you morally should be. I have two children of my own, and am actually semi-fostering a 12-year-old boy whose mother has an awful drug problem.nnWhen I return the vehicle to this man he charged me $109, stating that any miles over 100 must be charged 50 cents per extra mile.. I went a total of 209 miles in that vehicle and returned it clean, with a half a tank of gas as opposed to the quarter tank that it had when I initially picked it up. This man ended up charging me 109 extra dollars, which according to his contract is $54 more than what I should have been charged.nnFurthermore I have a copy of the contract that he signed after I returned the vehicle stating that I would be getting my entire deposit back, he had already been out to the vehicle to inspect it and check the mileage so that he could charge me whatever I needed to be charged for going over the 24-hour hundred mile limit. So basically, he had already inspected the vehicle before I left, and had told me that I would be receiving my deposit in the mail within four to five business days.nnfast forward 8 days later and I finally call him asking where this money is, he tells me that he will have to go over his paperwork and get back to me within 10 minutes or so, an hour and a half later I call back and ask him again what the deal is...nnHe proceeds to tell me that a piece of garbage was left in one of the door compartments, so he will be keeping my entire $250 deposit as a cleaning fee. So apparently it cost $250 to pick up a piece of paper and walk it to a trash can.nnI began to sob and plead with him to please return my money I went over that vehicle with a fine-tooth comb to make sure that this wouldn't happen, and put twice as much gas as I was left with into the vehicle. he claims at this point that he will go back to the office and see what he can do, and then I will hear from him in a couple hours.nnSurprise, surprise... The phone call never comes. So I decide to call him again the next day and nicely ask what the consensus was, lo and behold he doesn't answer the phone. However, about 30 seconds later I get a text from him stating that my driver's license is suspended which is a violation of the contract that I signed (funny thing is, my license is not at all suspended that was from 2 years ago actually) he will be returning $100 of my deposit as a courtesy to me but has to keep the $150 for a cleaning fee, over a piece of paper that was left in a door. so back to the license thing as well as the piece of garbage, this man was actively looking for ways to be able to keep that $250. he also had the audacity to sit there and tell me that he tries to help people, help them how exactly? Help them to realize that people will always takennAfter I discovered that he was only going to be returning $100 to me from my deposit I looked over my contract, come to find out as I said earlier I was overcharged on the mileage by $54.nnIt would stand to reason that because the 100 that he returned was a courtesy as part of my deposit, that he would include an additional 54 in order to make things fair... Nope. I received a measly $92... I spent a total of $320 to rent this car. He TRIED for $422.. he WILL do his best to screw you.
