I enjoy coming to this location. The manager is friendly and she is very sweet. I am treated with the upmost respect and I would recommend this Avis location, to anyone. It’s right next to the ICC AND 95 highway. Great geographic location next to ChickFilA too ud83dude0aud83dude0e
Trishana helped me with kind and professional manner. Thanks to her, I had a great experience with Laurel Avis.
This location seems decent. However my experience with Avis was terrible. After the rental malfunctioned, they left me and my family on the side of the road for 2 hours...we had to have another family member drive for an hour to pick us up. Over the course of the next 24 hours, I spoke with 10 different people on their customer service lines, no one could get me a car delivered and no one offered co compensate us for the extreme inconvenience. We will always look to other car rental companies for future renal needs.
