I rented a car from the Dobbins/Columbia MD location from Feb 2-5. They delivered the car to me, which was great...but the car had nasty seats and the driver seat belt was so tangled, I couldn't use it. I called them on 2/5 to advise that the car was ready for pick up, and the young woman replied someone would be there eventually. I didn't receive my closeout email until 2/8. Makes me glad I took pictures of the car before and after because if anything had have happened, would I have been charged for it??? This experience was nothing like what I've enjoyed from the Ellicott City MD location.

This is by far the worst enterprise rental I have ever dealt with. This is the second time I have rented from this location and both experiences were not so good. First rental was not clean on the outside and the vehicle license plate was expired. The second time I rented, the vehicle was dirty both outside and inside. The outside looked like it had not been washed in weeks. Also, the maintenance light came immediately after I drove off the lot. When I called them about it. I was told that It’s ok. I do not recommend using this enterprise location (Columbia, MD)
From customer service, branch representatives and managenent at the Columbia MD branch they absolutely suck. They great you as if they are doing you a favor. Please use other options and not ENTERPRISE in Columbia off McGaw
I go to this location often and they always try and make my visit a pleasant experience. They are friendly and courteous.
