I have rented from this company a minimum of 45 days/yr for several years now. It’s never been overly pleasant but the prices are fair and Pam was kind. Today the way I was treated was completely a shock to me. I’ve never made a fuss about anything but when I arrived today I was told there was an additional charge. I did rent for an additional day at the time of pickup but was told the pricing had decreased and the new total was actually less. I asked the customer service rep to double check, which she did. Today, I showed my contract when the extra charge came up, showing the agreed to price (which I had already paid). I was told the agent was new and that I should have asked for a manager when I noticed the amount and I was told that I was taking advantage of the new employee and shame on me. To say I was upset that I was being blamed for the mistake is an understatement. After talking to whomever on the phone, the manager waived the additional change and I left crying. Hope your day is going better... I didn’t see that one coming.

I usually read reviews of somewhere before I do business with them. In this case I am glad I didn't. I arrived almost 1 am on 3/19. I wish I got the young ladies name because she was soooo nice. I gave my ID and Credit Card. We small talked about nails. And the process was easy. There was a $150 deposit but I was okay with it. I also received a nicer car than I requested. I returned it on 3/21 at about 3 am. It was simple, I followed the signs and drove up, parked it and left. The young lady that morning wasn't as nice. Kind of dry but I gave her my keys and left. While on the shuttle I got an email with the correct charge and the deposit came off almost immediately. I would rent again.

The whole process of renting is not very welcoming, from the unusual request for a second phone number, trying to get you to use your pin for credit card, all the way to not having a car ready causing me to wait 30 mins, so far (still waiting). Definitely feels like they think they are doing you a favor by renting. If given the choice I would never rent from them. Only did it because they must have been the government contracts lowest bidder.

The only reason I put four stars here is to attract attention of whoever is in charge of this location. I actually canceled my reservation because I read the reviews here and instead chose Alamo for my rental needs, which was a great decision.nNevertheless, these poor reviews will continue to do poor on your business and you need to start doing something about it. Actually I talked to a couple of clerks in the car rental building, and I was told a few very unpleasant things about this company. Hire a new manager or a PR manager.

They overcharged me for a renting a car foe 5 days. It turned out to be 5 days foe $650. They stated it was due to my insurance and because it was a holiday week but it was not. I had full coverage. Won't go with them again.
