National Car Rental

I always have a positive, quick and very satisfying experience with National. It is obvious that management successfully delivers the customer service to the floor at each location and stays on top of making it happen. It would be very nice if the other service establishments I encounter when traveling had a similar approach to business.

Good value for a comfortable car for family driving vacation. Helpful staff at pickup and drop off. Gentleman delivered a running car to us at pickup. The only challenge was finding the keys when we stopped at a rest stop. They were under the passenger seat - not sure where they were at pickup.

Staff was great at pick up and drop off. Van was fine and served the needs for our group. My only complaint was that the car was not clean on the interior. There were random “hairs” all over the dashboard which clearly had not been cleaned and given the current environment, I found that to be very troubling as I needed to transport my kids, and the kids of my friends to their lacrosse tournament.

The emerald club is always the way to go. We had reserved for a mid-size SUV but it wasn’t available so we were upgraded for free to a standard. While I was hesitant about the size of the car, it drove fantastically. The Chevy Blazer was spotless when we got it and looked great the whole trip.

I recently had the pleasure of using National at BWI Airport. The woman at the counter was extremely courteous and pleasant. She assisted me in finding an excellent vehicle for our time in Baltimore. The vehicle drove smoothly. It was clean and well maintained. I often use National for my rental car needs. They offer great rates and great car options.
