The Customer Service at BWI Airport location is Superb! The Manager John was extremely helpful and provided A-1 service to me during my trip to Virginia. I will definitely recommend this location and utilize their services again in the future.nnSatisfied Customer

My experience reserving the vehicle online and picking it up were stellar! I really like the Pass option where I put in all of my info and just showed the pass when I got to the pickup location. It was quick and seamless. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes...the fastest rental car checkout experience I have ever had!nnThat said, I rated my experience 3 stars because I was stunned to find out that if I used my Enterprise membership number to reserve my vehicle, I paid MORE for the same exact vehicle than I did when I did NOT input my number??!! ud83dude33ud83dude33. The difference was approx. $70 dollars' difference! Most organizations provide lower rates, no fees, etc. as possible benefits for being a member. Enterprise chooses to reward membership with HIGHER prices. Hmmmm...guess I will either never use my membership again or go somewhere else where they treat me as a valued member.

I am completely at my wits end with Enterprise! I'll be taking my $1000/mth to another rental car company! Samantha Duncan was the absolute worse! She lacked professionalism and tact! Her poor display of customer service skills and disregard of the customer shall surely drive this company into the hole. She was disrespectful and rude! Enterprise should be ashamed to have a person like this representing the company! Never again shall I do business with Enterprise!

The sales clerk I had was amazing in Baltimore. I was able to upgrade for free, waived the fee for adding another driver, prepaid for gas but ended up using a half tank so they reimburse me money with no hassle. Getting the rental was very fast and easy, unlike other car rentals who demand an outrageous price just for a refundable deposit. Will definitely use enterprise in the near future again.

Process to get the car is WAY too cumbersome. I rent many vehicles and am a member of most rental car company's preferred member group including Enterprise. What happened to going straight to your car? Why do we make reservations when we have to stand in line with everyone who doesn't have one. We arrived late into BWU (10pm). We got the the rental car counter and I was unable to check in on the kiosk so I got in the end of a 10 deep line for the agent. Once the initial agent approved my ID and credit card I had to go outside to another agent who was trying to locate cars for about 5-6 different customers. We reserved a 7 passenger minivan but that was not available. We ended up with a very nice Ford Expedition, but we didn't drive away until nearly midnight. Over an hour to get a car!
