Hertz

It was a hassle to get my car. It wasn't explained on the booking site that you need a CREDIT CARD. The gentleman must've been fairly new because he wasn't sure about much, except the car must be in the credit card holders name, and the card, card holder and matching license must be there in person. Ultimately I was able to rent the vehicle, but it should have been explained on their booking site what the requirements were.

I rent from here while my car was being work on for a week. There is only one person there and he is running around doing the job of three. Location is on the left side of the dealership, back hall way and the last two left offices. The gentlemen there does the best he can and he was very nice and apologize for how long it took. He does need some help and some signs to help find the location. A cleaning person is very recommended and maybe one other person to help with the phone calls. Give the man a break when you do go there.

Confirmed at another hertz location it was ok to return here. Location is closed. Closest location is BWI and I was not driving there to drop it. I called billing to let them know what's going on at this location and nothing has changed and they are still authorizing my card everyday since no one is there to close contract.

Rented a car through the website but when I arrived was informed by the dealership that hertz no longer rented out of this location and I’d have to go to the airport. What a waste of time.
