Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've rented two vehicles from this location and I've been extremely happy with both rentals. The first time, I was thoroughly impressed because they were extremely apologetic for being backed up (they were expecting to have about 10 to 15 more cars dropped over overnight which never showed) so the HR lady (who also told us she was filling in from a different location) was even busting her butt cleaning cars, checking people in, etc. The second time, they were super efficient, very nice and always professional. They have great teamwork at this location and very reliable.

Best place to rent a car for any amount of time. Every employee to managers are very polite, respectful, understanding, and professional. I recommend to go to them for your vehicle rental needs.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Glenn Burnie: If you need to rent a car, these guys are who you want to work with. My vehicle got destroyed by a drunk driver and I had no idea how anything worked, as this has been a new experience for me. They were incredibly informative, met me at the collision center, and got me in a rental right there on the spot. They made an extremely complicated situation a whole lot easier, and they made sure that there were additional sanitizing wipes in the vehicle to help keep my wife and I safe while renting during this pandemic. If you need a rental, ask for Josh, he was the guy that helped me out and he can take care of you too. If I'm ever in need of another rental in the future, I know who I'm calling again.

So I really just need to put this out there. My experience with enterprise has ALWAYS been a wonderful experience!! They always work with us and take care of us - not once have I ever had a complaint... till now. Back in October my husband and I rented a car, as we were driving home with our rental a rock flew from a construction site on 70 that cause a small crack to the windshield, right on the passenger side. We were so upset as we were driving home. We had no clue what to expect from enterprise. So we get the car back- go inside explain everything to the manager, Xavier. He Assured us that everything would be OK & that they would only charge us $169.00 for the cost of the windshield.(Now i should say that they only make you pay half the cost for repairs.)I asked if there’s anything I needed to sign, anything I needed to do as far as paying for the windshield. I was told “NO” we are all good. I was so happy I was almost in tears. I thought we were going to get hit hard with a massive bill. But we didn’t! I even called a few weeks later and spoke to Chris another manager. I was told everything was good! WELL GUESS WHAT? It’s NOT!! Today my husband and I received a bill from enterprise for $476.08!! The whole cost of the windshield. Our balance is $357.08! So I called enterprise after I received this bill, and was told by Chris that the $357.08 is our remaining balance. I was in total shock... normally I wouldn’t have a problem paying a bill that I know I’m going to have to pay. BUT when a manager - TWO managers tell you “you’re all good. Don’t worry about anything. You don’t owe nothing.” I walked away so happy and very very thankful that all I had to do was pay $169.00.nSurprise for me!!nThere is a HUGE lack of communication with this Enterprise. It saddens me that I will never rent from enterprise again. Let me be clear - I’m not mad about the bill. I’m mad and frustrated because I was told “not to worry about it.” And here it is one day till New Year’s Eve and I now have this to worry about. When I thought this was all over with!!

My experience at this location is always good I rent vehicles once a month and never have a problem
