Enterprise Rent-A-Car

No cars left?!

I had a very bad situation and they worked with me from the beginning to the end. Staff is wonderful and they have excellent customer service. Very courteous and caring. Will return to them again if needed.

One of the better locations in the country. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my changing travel plans. Hats off to the manager and the staff.

100000% do not recommend.nI had to get a rental from this company through insurance- I had always heard positive things about enterprise so I wasn’t worried. I tell them where my car is getting work done and they set me up at the Crain highway location. My car ended up being finished earlier than they thought at the shop I used, so I had the rental for just over 24 hours. I called enterprise to set up the drop off at the body shop and they tell me that they don’t go to that location and I would have had to use a different enterprise location. It was never presented to me to just drop the rental off at the preferred location or any other options. I was so frazzled by this as I didn’t have a ride and had to call in some favors. In addition I was eager to get rid of the rental, they were supposed to put me in something comparable to my car yet put me in something so small it was actually very uncomfortable to drive with all 4 of us. So I ended up forgetting my community parking pass in the rental ( which is 100 percent my error). As soon as I realized I called enterprise and they didn’t find a parking pass- yet the car was rented to another customer. Now I’m extremely concerned about their sanitation and disinfection procedures. How could a car be fully disinfected with another persons property in it? My guess is that they knew I had the car for such a short period of time that they maybe did a quick wipe down and moved on. In a time of a pandemic I would think they would be searching the cars a little more thoroughly to make sure there wasn’t anything being transferred to another person whether property or extra cleaning to prevent the spread of germs. Clearly this enterprise isn’t very concerned with covid.nThe more frustrating part is I stopped by the location on Crain highway and the guy that was looking for my parking pass was mocking me and speaking to me in such a condescending manor because I forgot my pass and just realized it. I’m human too- I actually had no intention of writing this review until he treated me so horribly. If you must use enterprise I would highly suggest another location where you won’t be talked to so disrespectfully and where they take pride in their work and customer service.

The representative was very professional, courteous, and thorough in her explanation of additional offers and amenities.nVery pleasant and easy to work with.nShe gave us choices of vehicles and allowed us to choose without being pushy.nIn the future if we need a rental car we'll surely come to this Enterprise location.nThis is not the first time we have been to this location and they have been very professional every time we have been there.nThank you for your service.
