BWI Marshall Airport Rental Car Facility

Awful! We rented a car from Thirty. When we got there at 6:30 PM there was a sign that said they were closed, but go to the Hertz counter. There was 7 people in front of us and one person working. When it was our turn he made an announcement that it would be 30 to 45 minutes for a car. They had no clean cars. Absolutely ridiculous. We were at the car rental garage for about 2 hours.

It was late in the evening when I arrived to the lower parking lot in front of the rental building. Avis had thought to put a luggage cart in the lot so that customers could get their things into the building and to their rental car. How nice! :-) The line was long. To my surprise, Avis had three agents working the front desk plus two people working the garage. This is very unusual and I was pleased to see it because it made the long line move that much more quickly. My reservation was sure and the car that I wanted was sitting in the lot with the key in it. Just what I needed after an 800 mile drive so I could go to the hotel and rest. Good job! :-)

So nice to see so many car rental places AND with no lines. It was a quick in and out process. There is a shuttle that took us from the airport to the rental facility. Everything was great

My agent at Herz was great, especially for late at night.
