They held my security deposit another week after I returned the car. They also did not give me a car comparable to the one I already had. Then when I tried calling them they did not answer and I had to keep calling them back until I got through.

In and out relatively quickly and the ladies at the desk were friendly enough. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the couple phone calls I had to make to this location. They weren't terrible but they could've been friendlier. Overall though it was a good experience.

Maryland collision center hooked me up with this place. Terrible. First hertz should be ashamed of this dump. I couldn’t wait to get in and out. That wasn’t the case. As I stood in line listening to the agents argue with customers on the phone, I should have known I would be on the same ride as them. The representative took my information and CC and then made me stand there for a good 10 minutes while he argued with someone on the phone. I asked why I was still waiting. He said there was a hold on the car that I was supposed to get and they wouldn’t upgrade me to the larger car. I had made my reservation one month prior and now they didn’t have a car for me. So I have been sitting at hertz now for over an hour waiting for the rep to go pick up a car from somewhere else. REALLY bad customer service from hertz. Never again! Last time I was having my car fixed I brought the car to a body shop in Rockville and they dropped off and picked up the rental car for me. It was all seamless. I will remember next time I need body work on my car...go back to Rockville! Do not use the Hertz in Laurel!
