Great service. Best price. Recommended a vehicle with great gas milage
If I could give no stars I would. We had a reservation for a premium SUV (Suburban or similar) for 7 people to travel. When we arrived they only had a full size SUV and they were not able to offer any explanation for why they did not have what we reserved. The only half hearted response was ‘this is what they sent me and it seats 7’. Completely unhelpful as my SUV seats 7 but we needed the extra cargo space for the long drive. At a minimum they could have called to ket us know they could not fulfill the reservation. Instead they waited until we arrived to pick it up and then we’re completely unhelpful. We ended up leaving for our trip 2 hours later than planned after WE called other rental car companies to find a replacement rental. The AVIS employee didn’t even offer to call custom service for us. Thankfully the Alamo nearby was extremely helpful and got us on the road even though we had no prior reservation. Will NEVER deal with this location again even if the price is lower. Not eorth the terrible customer service//experience!

Easy process, decent price. Turning car in at different location was also trouble free.
