The worst customer experience ever. My car was in the shop and the dealer set me up with a rental. Then driving the rental home oneday I get a bad flat tire.nnI call n explain to the girl there about the situation. She gets her manager and tells me to come in. I come in and show them the tire n explain the situation of something falling out of a truck.nnThey tried to blame me and charge me for the flat tire. As I was speaking to the manager n getting more n more fusrated with this he beings to chuckle. I don't know what was so funny but me getting a flat tire on 695 isn't funny. You need to reconsider management here.

Great customer service. Everyone had a great attitude and were very helpful. One star taken off because, although the inside of the car was clean, the windows were quite dirty.

I absolutely love Enterprise Rent-A-Car! The service is always professional the vehicles are clean and reliable. I needed a large pick up truck and they were able to comply with my request. They got me in the truck and out the door in less than 15 minutes. The Pasadena location is the BEST!
