Great experience renting vehicles here. The staff was very helpful in getting me into some quite nice vehicles while my personal car was being repaired.

They were quick to pick me up which was great because I needed a rental to get to work. They provided me with the vehicle my insurance approved. I was in a major car accident two days prior to my rental so I was still hyper sensitive to other cars and safety. After a minute or two of being on the road I was not comfortable with my original car so I turned around and went back. With no problem, they were happy to offer me a major upgrade to a large truck which made me feel safer on the road. My comfort of driving was their goal which is so much appreciated, I can’t even put into words how good that made me feel. I certainly give this branch an A+ for accommodating me and also how quick the rental process was. The branch is quick, friendly and seriously accommodating. And I received a follow up call the next day making sure I was OK and comfortable with my vehicle, from the manager. I would rent from them again For certain. Thank you for the upgrade at no additional cost to me, I feel safe and confident on the road. Thank you!

Had an accident and insurance set me up there for a rental. The fellow that helped me was very nice and helpful. Made sure everything was understandable and complete. The company main office called later that day to make sure I was happy and everything was to my liking. It was nice to have this inconvenience was made more pleasant.

I'm a disabled Vet and needed a step up on the truck I rented the first truck didn't have one. The manager tracked one down for me in 24 hours just in time for my week long baseball trip with my son... thank you so much for accommodating my needs it is very much appreciated...nnSEMPER FInUSMC

They offer good prices and are in the middle of training better. for now 1star but could go up much higher when they work on that customer service and avoid rolling their eyes in disgust at customers.*** 3-8-20 Now I understand google said **owner reply**, that was not true that must be the manager whom she knows full well who I had the issue with. Then Matthew and a Cassandra reply I am not talking to 3 people after the issue was discussed with corporate and regional. Chris Brehier spelled correctly and not close enough has helped me and his boss. Google should not list **YOU** CHRIS M as **OWNER** Rather the **Manager**. Look at the reviews folks it is that simple. When the service is good I say it and when it is bad I say it.
