Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Would not recommend.
Please refrain renting from these guys. They don’t have cars most of the time and customer service sucks. I know they don’t accept the responsibility for missing items in the rental car but in my case I met with an accident and I had to go to ER directly in an ambulance and 2 days later when I inquired about my personal belongings they didn’t take any effort to find it. I kept following up for couple of months and now they are saying it’s more than a month so they can’t locate it. Seriously !!! Pathetic service.
Very polite young lady helped us return the car.
Please check your agreement and make sure the check-out time is accurate since they pre-print the agreement and you could end up paying for an extra day.nnAlso recommend that you call before hand since even if you have a confirmation, they don't always have cars - it's happened to me.
Be careful of this place. what is the point of making a reservation they wont have a car available and they act like it is my fault for making the reservation for today and basically told me to figure it out.
