This place is a scam be aware. The owner is MAURICIO FERNANDO and his employees are creating different businesses under different names in order to take peoples money by overcharging and closing that business and then reopening same business with a different name in order to keep peoples money. be aware and report any activities to the police immediately if you have done business with this place or any of his companies. I hope this can help many others not get taken advantage of. I reported this company to consumer fraud department for further investigations. Save your hard earned money and go to a reputable car rental, not a fraud and a scam of a business.

Nice place to rent your car and if you need extras, they are willing to go the extra mile. Pick up and drop off that is easy and fast!

This is Scam the guy takes ur money an he adds on features that u don't need so after u sign the deal ur monthly payment is more than What he told u also he a scam artist His name is Fernando he is the owner.nHe tells u one thing and does another so u can get repo so he gets the car back plus u lose ur money

Isso só aconteceu depois de muita insistência, inúmeras mensagens trocadas via whatsapp e algumas desculpas sem sentido, como: estou com problemas com a máquina de cartões; nossa funcionária nos causou problemas; os arquivos foram apagados...nnAlém disso, havia fechado e pago seguro para a Decolar, por onde fechei a locação. Ao retirar o veículo, o sr. Fernando, proprietário da empresa Sutherland, informou que o seguro que paguei para a Decolar não valia e sequer poderia ser vendido. Paguei novamente o seguro para a Sutherland e informei que reclamaria o valor pago junto ao Decolar.nnNa entrega do veículo não peguei um recibo da transação. Esta empresa, além de não repassar um comprovante do seguro pago, informou à Decolar que o seguro pago foi um seguro adicional, UMA INVERDADE, demonstrando total descomprometimento com o cliente.nnTenho cópia de todas as conversas realizadas com esta empresa, inclusive o reconhecimento de que me causou muitos problemas, mas a informação de que paguei algo indevido não foi repassada à Decolar.nnE é uma empresa de brasileiros.n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------nnI do not recommend.nnThere were about 60 days after the return of the vehicle, for receiving deposit of $ 500.
