Beware!! If you take uber or lyft here, they will drop you off at the Toyota dealership. You have to walk 5-8 minutes to the collision department

Had the absolute WORST customer service by two employees who had my father sitting in their office for over AN HOUR without being approached for any sort of help. Their customer service skills were extremely lacking and I left without any help as they made absolutely no help to fix the situation. Never EVER set foot in this location because you’ll be be greatly disappointed. The two employees working there were unqualified for the line of work they’re in.

Was sitting here for 30 mins & then they’re like “oh I’m so sorry the people slipt away and didn’t say anything... so now I am leaving with no rental. Horrible place. I should have known from the reviews

WORSE LOCATION Stay away from this place, the car was turn to us dirty, inside and out, make up on the seats, dirty windows.nnAt arrival you have to write your name in a list and wait to be called in, 45 MINUTES later. The employee had his personal phone in hand with his headphones on the whole time, no customer service AT ALL.nnWe returned the car, cleaner that what received it, one full day earlier. We still got charge in full.nnLocation is a collision center for the Toyota dealer, they are more interested in the rental due to a collision than a rental for personal use . STAY AWAY unless you dont care about getting your money's worth and good service.
