Absolutely impressive customer service. I rented a car from their Orlando location and I couldn’t be happier! Jean Paul was so kind, he personally delivered the car to me and took the time to explain everything about the tolls and he even guided me on how to get to my hotel. My rental was spotless and I am pretty sure it was a brand new car. I would recommend this company and specially Jean Paul to all my friends and family for their rental needs.

We took a family vacation and rented 4 cars there. Paul was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. He helped my dad upgrade to a larger vehicle because he rented a smaller vehicle accidentally. He even looked out for us with the tolls. Thanks again Paul!!!

Service was slow. Did not buy the toll pass and was able to drive places I needed to 2 hours away without taking a toll route. The Nissan I rented has a keyed scratch alone the passenger side of vehicle. Company told us the scratch was not there before and showed us a picture of the car the “day we rented it” without a scratch and wanted to post a claim through my insurance. I studied the picture closely and saw the scratch above the gas tank. The photo conveniently had the sun glaring off the paint over where the scratch would be seen. However we were able to point it out over near the gas tank. The lady said she could see it and said sorry. Also the time and date on the before and after photos were different sized fonts and colors.. Make sure you take your own pictures before!!! Definitely can tell that photo was taken to cover the mark. Additionally they wanted to charge 1,000 dollars before even submitting a claim. Also told me I had a 100,000 deductible. Very poorly educated criminals

It took a long time for someone to respond, no one answered the phone. We called 8xs before calling a customer service number. They give no detail for you to find them at the airport (for first timers). But the good part is how fast you get your vehicle if you make a reservation.

Christian at Next Car was extremely helpful and a accommodating when we arrived to pick up our car. The wait time was slow because he was the only person working but he made up for it with his customer service. I give Christian 5 stars, but the company as a whole less because they need to hire more people so it’s not as long of a wait.
