Worst car rental company EVER!, The customer service was terrible! They text you with some weird sketchy looking message. They don’t answer their phone when you call and when they do they’ll hang up on you. They did this to me 4 times during a two day span. They charged me an extra 29.95 per day for their insurance because of “Florida law”supposedly. I have full coverage insurance through progressive and they declined to accept it. To make matters worse they charged me and extra 49.95 for a toll fee which I had originally declined because I told him I’d pay for my own tolls. Complete scam artists. I’m Hispanic and speak it fluently so they tried to use the I only speak Spanish line but it didn’t work on me. Someone needs to call the better business bureau on these company and get them shut down!

I have no idea how this absolute tragedy of a “rental car company” received higher than 1 star from anyone. I’ll take you along on my experience with them. You get a very interesting text that looks like a huge scam a few hours before picking up your car. You arrive at the airport and reluctantly call the number from the text. No one answers. Three times. You check the booking voucher for another phone number. After decoding the numbers, you get through to someone. They answer in Spanish (would be fine with me if they also spoke English?) They take you to their ...car rental....facility.....?... where the driver is apparently the only worker. They accept Geico insurance, but they only accept an amount unattainable through Geico. You have to pay for the insurance they offer. They use the fact that they “don’t speak English” to try to get you to pay for just about every add on possible. Need to return your car earlier than planned? Good luck getting in touch with them!

We had made a reservation many weeks in advance. On arriving at the airport and waiting for a shuttle we decided to call them. They said that they were closed and could not help us at all. And then hung up on us. Please do not book here. The deal may look nice but is not worth it.

They answered to my phone call and picked me up from the airport and gave me a new car, and I had no problems. It was a good deal and good service. My name is Sky.

The experience was very bad, the price on the page are NOT the correct ones, when you get there they'll add there insurance obligatory to the rent car so you will paid and additional $200 and the car isn't the one they show on the page ...they lie to your face showing you a crash car telling you that was the car there were going to give you but for the circumstances they have to give you another one. After getting to the price of $300 they gave us a car with engine problems. We have to return it the next day, in another worlds keep looking for another RENTAL CAR.ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f
