Perfect experience, just come prepared. You need to have insurance info that spells out your deductible and coverage, which is shown on my cards. If not, you need your declarations document. I was able to show both just on my phone. Everything went smoothly otherwise.nnWe opted not to get the toll tracker for $9.95 a day which was good, as we never did need it. They weren't pushy about it with me, although the agent working next to me was quite a bit pushier. All in all, if you come prepared, it's a great deal on a rental car. The shuttle from the airport was well marked and a short distance from the airport.

They gave is a good car, and the price wasn't too bad. Just watch out for the extra fee to cover the sun pass. It's an additional $9 a day and you almost can't avoid all of the toll roads in Orlando area. Also, if your spouse wants to drive as well, it's an additional fee. I've never had that with another rental car company. They also wanted all of my car insurance information to cover the vehicle and wouldn't let me rent without that or the additional insurance. I've also not had other companies do that. Fortunately, that didn't cost extra because my insurance was more than adequate. It's not really bad, I'm just making people aware!!

I had a good experience with Economy during my recent trip to Orlando. I did read the reviews before hand so I was prepared for the worst. my best advice is READ THE FINE PRINT!!! The price point is great, but it's only the starting price point. You MUST take your declarations page and call before hand to double check what they need for coverage and make sure you have that coverage. Also, try and use a credit card as they charge $9.99 per day for using a debit card. Thankfully I happened to be the only person that arrived with my declarations page that day, so they waived the debit card fee for me. ALSO... be prepared to have a hold put onto your card for the same amount as your deductible OR you will have to pay an additional $7.99 per day to waive that. Like I said... READ THE FINE PRINT and know what you are going into BEFORE you go on vacation!

Like most, I booked this rental car place for the price & without reading. Once I finally came back and read the reviews I was terrified. Lol I wanted to cancel and book something elsewhere but the rates were extremely outrageous. I saw a few reviews that indicated “Know before you go” & gave detailed info on what you needed & the additional fees, because of that my rental car experience was quick, simple and awesome. I was prepared for the worst from the moment I got off the plane. I called the rental place & their line was continually busy(that made me nervous), but, by the time I got my bags & got outside the shuttle was pulling up. We made it to the rental car place & I was in and out within about 10 mins, maybe less. Gave my declaration page & debit card(I read in another review that they charge a fee so I was prepared for that) but even still it didn’t increase my rental amount tremendously. He offered the toll pass, I declined he didn’t try to force it on me. The return process was also simple. So as previous reviews state if you ask questions & have everything they require your process will be smooth. Thanks to the previous ppl that provided details. & again KNOW BEFORE YOU GO....Read the fine print! I’ll definitely rent from them again.

Jesus was fabulous! He was very detailed oriented, friendly and helpful.nThe car itself came with plastic wrapping on the steering wheel and gearshift. It had a really strong fragrance that seemed to cover an odor which was a bit overbearing.nThe cost of rental was fair with great options. I like the fact they are 24 hours with a shuttle but they are off site from the airport.
