One of the best places to do it! Lisa and Winston are some of the most kind hearted workers making sure they accommodated my family in a vehicle last minute when our reservation at enterprise was thrown out. Will rent from this company and recommended others to rent from them as well anytime we have family or friends in the Orlando area! Did I mention they offer shuttle service?! More than 5 stars from us.

If you are a planner and like to book your rentals ahead of time, don’t do it here. They will cancel on you the day before or like some other reviews I read, the day of. We were notified of our cancellation at 510pm about 10 minutes after the majority of other car rental places in the area closed. Now we are looking at last minute rentals that will cost us about $300 more than anticipated. The deal was too good to be true. If you want to roll the dice or just feel like taking someone else’s rental, you could probably walk in and do it the day of. I imagine that’s what happened to ours.nn***Update***nTo the owner, you will not find me in your system because my wife made the booking. If you search under Erika Martinez, you will see she had a mini van rental booked for several weeks which was cancelled today. Myself and 5 other people were affected by her cancellation which is why you’ll see a few comments from people not in the system. I will give credit to Winston for trying to call Erika, even though her review hasn’t been responded to, but unfortunately her phone died right as she answered. You can’t make this stuff up.

Please do not book with this place. I made a reservation in February and never received a call like the email said they would. I called multiple times to make sure my reservation had gone through. When I finally got through to someone they “confirmed” my reservation. I received an email the day before I was supposed to get my rental saying that it was over booked and refunded the money. Please please do not book with this company. When I called, the lady said that it was management who canceled. When I asked to speak to management, she said they were gone for the day. They should have never charged my card in the first place if they were “overbooked.”nnThey need to be honest about the availability of what they have instead of enticing people with their economical rates. The economical rates definitely turned out to be much more expensive than it would have if I would have gone with a more pricy option.nnThis cancellation affected various people that were in my party. We were all dependent on the good reviews this company had. This was a great inconvenience for several people.

Was difficult to find them when we searched for rental cars in Florida. Lucky we did as they are extremely accomodating. The rental process was the quickest we have ever experienced and the return even better. Dropped us off right at the departure gate for our airline. Without a doubt more than five star service and we will use them exclusively on our return trip to Orlando! Two rental cars and one happy family. Thank you for the extra efforts they are appreciated!

Perfect location for a rental car facility being right in the hotel lobby. They offer shuttle service to and from airport and will also pick you up at other hotel locations. Outstanding customer service. Cars were clean and communication was great! Expedited rental and return so more than five stars from us!
