We recently rented a car from Easirent, as they had the lowest price available for a compact vehicle. The vehicle we received was nearly new, and was in excellent condition. Iris was our rental agent, and she was very personable and efficient. Our shuttle driver volunteered information about how to utilize the Florida toll roads. We were very pleased by our experience with Easirent and would rent from them again.

I was a bit hesitant with booking, as I read some not so great reviews. We picked up our car on the last day of spring break, so the wait time was expected. However, despite the wait we received Excellent service from Taniya. She was very friendly and very helpful. Our car rides great and is nice. (There was a dent on the door and a crack on the windshield, noted to staff and a photo with time stamp was taken). The price for the time we have our car is certainly at a good rate. THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I experienced a great pick up and the representative he was beyond excellent with exceptional customer service. We all definitely don't share the same experiences, because each one of us has a different display of reality. I absolutely have not had it this easy and simple since everud83dude0a. I am thankful for the price and hospitality and I will happily do business here again.. Shining in love wishing this company more than enough wonderful renters.

Absolutely worse rental company I have ever rented from. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I tried calling the 1-800 number and was hung up on every time, I tried extending my rental car and couldn’t get it to work online when I called this location I was told it would be $200 more than the previous day because of “demand”. They think they’re the only rental company renting out cars, ridiculous. News flash you’re not! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told no one was working at the time and the associate hung up on me.nnTurned my rental car in and rented from Enterprise instead. if you’re looking for great customer service and needing a last minute rental Enterprise is awesome!! I didn’t have to wait to speak to a representative either I was transferred immediately. This place wants a $500 deposit fee for their beat up cars Enterprise only wanted $200 and was half the price. Seriously save yourself the money and the hassle and rent somewhere else. Listen to the google reviews they’re all accurate!
