What ever happened with cleaning this car before you rent them againnHire someone responsible to make sure this cars are clean and before leaving your lot
Renter Beware...this location does not care about the cleanliness of their vehicles even during a pandemic. We have other car rental companies to choose from. I will be writing a letter to corporate next. Would not even credit me a day's rental. Offering me a 10% on a future rental is ludicrous; why would I ever give my business to you again? Car was disgusting and I didn't have time to turn around to choose a replacement car. Oil light was on the entire time and there was no washer fluid for my 1200 mile drive. Passenger floor looked like someone spilled something (hopefully nothing worse than that), windows were crusty inside and out. Entire car was full of sand. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!
Booked a career 4 days. Went to pick up and was told they have no cars left. Told to call back tomorrow and they would have 1 for me. Called and was told no cars today either. Very unprofessional operation.
This enterprise location was decent with me after a lot of debate when a window got broken due to my dogs getting locked into a rental vehicle. The original review has changed to a four star review
