I was treated with respect and kindness from the time i walked in to the time i left with my rental. Katie was more than helpful explaining all the fees and charges to me and gave me an amazing car!! The site was easy to use and straight forward i am very pleased with my purchase. Will be returning and recommending.
The wait at Fort Myers airport location was unbelievable. Some people ditched the line and called taxis. Avis did not provide any communication to customers waiting in line. My husband discovered we could go directly to the lot because we had Avis Preferred. Then we were fine.
It is inside the mall back by Dillard's! We had a tricky time trying to find it but once we did it was such a quick and pleasant experience!

Paid for a Mustang but got a Subaru instead... The car was absolutely filthy on the inside and 3 of the 4 tires were low on pressure when I started the car. Would not recommend. ud83dudc4e
