Terrible. Picked up my reservation in the AM had to get on the road. Was told there was a full tank in the car. Got down the road a bit to find that the tank was less than half full. Went back and the lady assured me it would be fine and that she would make a note. I also told her the inside was dirty and smelled like smoke. Again she told me not to worry. I trusted her because she seemed trustworthy. I drop off in Brooklyn with more than a half tank but less than a full tank and I'm hit with a $50+ refueling charge. Then a week later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $154 for a cleaning charge because they say they found animal hair in the car. I don't have an animal! There were no animals in the car! Worst rental experience ever. Fort Myers location does not ensure that the car is full of gas or that the car is clean. Do not trust this lady as she is a liar.

Everything was exactly on point. From the booking,pick up and return. Very nice vehicle.And the customer service at the site was awesome! Thanks for making our experience pleasurible.

Booked a convertible 3 weeks in advance to surprise my mom. Ubered to the location morning of pick up. Was told no cars were available. Representative made no attempt to look for other solutions. Dismissive and seemed not to care at all. Had to UBER back home so that was a waste of time and money. Leaving me no options to try to find a car same day. Was told was due to a recall issue but budget never reached out to cancel the reservation or find an alternative option. They lost a life time customer today.

Did everything over the phone got a family sized vehicle for a very good price for a week fast service friendly customer service young lady at the Edison mall was very friendly and helpful would highly recommend

When I picked up my rental the car was dirty it had New York plates and had bugs all over the front of the car. The inside was dirty and I have pictures of everything. I had to go into the store to get wipes to wipe off the seats front and back, there was sticky substance on the entire car, spilled stuff in cupholders, very unprofessional terrible experience for us this was Saturday 11/14/20 I expected the car to be clean in this pandemic at least. The car was also hard to drive the change oil indicator was on definitely needs oil change. It was a newer model Chevy Impala for it to have engine problems already you guys should be ashamed.
