My dad made a reservation the night before we called the day of before pick up and so happy we did cause they did not have our reservation in their computer the girl got all my dads information and even gave us a confirmation number still couldn’t find our reservation
What started out as a bad experience as they were an hour late picking us up, Michael McCastler at the office totally rescued. He also gave us a great recommendation on a place to eat and followed up the next day to make sure we were ok. He gets a five!
When I.lived in Florida..I rented from enterprise a LOT!! I always enjoyed excellent customer service..a great car to drive--and put more gas in the gas tank than.I.needed to. Oh well!!
The staff was friendly, the car was clean and sturdy, the price was reasonable ...very satisfied...if you need a 'pick-me-up' make sure to ask how busy they are and how long it will take.
This location closed in March of 2020, because the the City of Fort Myers adopted a discriminatory ordinance against car dealers and car rental agencies, that requires them to install buffer plants and trees along the street.
