Rented a vehicle online from hertz and was supposed to pick up at the crystal river, fl location on 8/13/20. Paid nearly $500 online. Went to location in crystal river and that location was closed due to covid. It is now 8/31/20 and I still have not been reimbursed by hertz. I have called numerous times and get different answers everytime I call. Do your homework and make sure the location you are renting from is open. Needless to say my vacation was almost ruined and I will NEVER use hertz again.
Trash. Eduardo, ignored me and services people entering behind me! Rude. Hertz customer service was neglectful with information. Sad. I usually go with enterprise. Which they are not perfect but they are better and cheaper than hertz!
Worst customer service and we were charged $150 with no explanation even though insurance was covering the rental costs.
Rude employees. Won’t be renting from them again!
