The best experience I ever had doing business period. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process enjoyable. Definitely got the warm and fuzzies from this location. Absolutely recommend this spot.go out your way to go here

This is the best place in the world, I am treated with up most respect here. The guys there Ray, ozzie, and Richard are respectable and very professional! I I highly recommend them to my friends and family all the time.

My experience was totally unacceptable. First off I had tried to contact enterprise like 20 different times because I wanted to inquire about getting the car dropped off to my location. The wait times are totally unacceptable when I finally got through to someone they told me to contact the branch which no one ever answers. Since there were no cars available on Sunday at the branch I picked I had to Uber to the location. I thought the location was at Fort Lauderdale airport but it was offsite near a smaller airport. (Which I would have know if anyone ever answered the phone) I called enterprise and had to wait on hold for approx 45 minutes because I had to tell someone I would be a few minutes late getting vehicle because again, no one answers at the branch. Well I got through to someone and they said they would email the branch. I took a second Uber to offsite location and was told there were no cars available even though I had a reservation because corporate had overbooked. Many others were in the same predicament and the workers said it could be to the end of the day until cars were available. So after waiting in the hot sun for 45 minutes or so we got a car but I’m pretty sure it’s because I called corporate myself and told them how unacceptable the situation was. The workers weren’t rude per say but when you put people in an impossible situation where you overbook reservations and understaff at such a small location they are going to have a non caring attitude because of the situation they are in. This location is a mess with how the overbooking and overlapping reservations are set up. Oh and 28 dollars is a joke of a refund for the issues we encountered btw.

Dec 2020 Exceptionally POOR service. Fraudulently charged a cleaning fee for interior damages from a pet. I do not have a pet, nor did I have any animals in the rental vehicle. I have received atrocious customer service. I waited one hour for a car to be ready for my reservation. The vehicle that was rented to me was in extremely poor condition from the Enterprise rental counter near FXE airport. Trying to obtain a refund of the $250 cleaning fee has been a huge run-around and waste of several hours of time. The staff do not answer the phone or call back when a message is left. Enterprise has really gone down hill as a company. Rental vehicles are often dirty/not properly cleaned. To pass the charges on to an innocent customer is fraud. I will never rent from Enterprise again. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COUNTER.
