We have used him for many different services and we have been extremely happy, from crew training to charters. Jack makes the comment “Jack of all trades” insufficient as a comment to describe him. Diligent, timely, professional, honest are just some of the words to describe one of the best individuals in this industry.

The experience I had being trained by Jack was wonderful. Jack is a knowledgeable, efficient and an effective teacher and coach. By applying mock trials, creating guides and lists, questionnaires, teaching useful techniques side by side, and inspiring me and the rest of my team to to apply our own knowledge and skill to our jobs; Jack helped us to create a unique and wonderful experience for our clients and guests every time. I am truly grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to work with Jack and will be able to take the knowledge I’ve acquired through this experience to all of my current and future career(s). I highly recommend going through this training to anyone in the hospitality industry.

Jack is an incredible teacher and leader. His butler training school is extremely thorough and interesting. I was fortunate to have a one on one 2 day training with him, and I learned so much! Not only is Jack extremely knowledgeable, but he shows enthusiasm and passion about teaching silver service. Jack not only teaches you how to do it to the highest of standards, but also goes into depth about understanding body language, having good posture and showing confidence. You will not be disappointed with Coppola Concierge!

Ash and Jax did a superb job of going above and beyond for my birthday weekend - from a beautiful exotic car rental to a top notch bartender for the party, no detail was left unattended to. I can’t wait to return to Florida next season to take advantage of their unique and expansive services again!
