When I first checked in they didn’t have the car I reserved but was up-graded from a compact to a midsize for the same cost and I was ok with that. We finished the paperwork and my wife and I proceeded to our rental. This was at the Manchester NH airport. When we went out to the garage there were hardly any cars at all there so I used the key fob and we found it. When we went to open and put our suitcase in I was in shock. The trunk as well as the whole front seat area was covered in gravel. It was awful. I went back to the counter to say something and after showing my sales agent she told me she wasn’t surprised. No help. Well I was given a brand new Kia and was thankful the agent took care of me.
Rented a car during our recent Cruise trip, both at Cozumel Island and in Port Canaveral. On both occasions the service was impeccable and the price outstanding. Really don't understand why people pay more elsewhere for the same type of vehicle. Thank you Alamo.
The customer service at this location is superb. My family of 6 used their service to get to and from the airport and the attendants and station manager made sure to get us in comfortable ride and addressed a couple of the issues we had. While we dont rent cars often, maybe twice a year, this was the best experience we've had in several years.
Great service. Came in and was out in less than 10minutes. Only problem was tire pressure. One at 41, one at 23 in the front. Back was 38 and 26. Got an alarm during the day for the front one who dropped below 23.

We travel to Florida twice a year (usually May and November) and for the last 4 years have used Alamo at port canaveral following our cruise. Every time we had a positive experience with this port canveral Alamo location. Alamo also has the best toll program for customers.
