So I made a reservation online, went to go pick up the vehicle & THEY’RE NOT EVEN THERE! Like there’s an empty building! I went across the street to another car rental place asking about this company and he told me that they’re no longer there. Thank God I was able to go to Budget to get a rental! Y’all almost ruined my birthday weekend ud83dude44

Rapid service. Great help getting to the cruise ship. Rental truck was really nice. Easy in and out location. Very good rates. Customer service was pleasant. Plan on renting again if we go on a trip in the future. Even with being busy the shuttle got us all to our embarkation stations.

The worst car rental experience the first day I picked up the car I called to ask a question no one pick up the phone I forgot a big cooler in the back seat of the pick up truck I had rented called to ask about it no one answers called the 800 number to ask they have no idea what I was talking about I dropped of the truck on the 14th of January they still until today haven't closed the contract so they are putting hold of $100 every day since I dropped of the truck called to complain again nobody answers the phone , called the 800 number ask to speak to a supervisor I was told not available when I insisted to speak to one the operator hung up the phone on me.still until now waiting to speak to someone about my item I forgot in their truck and the unauthorized charges or holds to my credit card. Will not recommend renting from this company they used to be good company but now it seems like they don't care about anyone's business .nI will be filing an official complaint to the BBB if I don't hear from them soon.

Very interesting rental car location... Be very careful... Make sure you walk around the car... And take pictures of all scratches and dents.. If you do not take insurance.... You don't want to be accused of someone else's damageud83dude21
