We picked up a Hertz rental car at Orlando Airport and dropped it off at this location prior to taking a Royal Caribbean Cruise. I was worried based on the reviews, but the drop off went smoothly - someone showed up at our car to print off a receipt for us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We walked over to the front door of the building to wait for a shuttle and one showed up almost immediately. We hopped on and it took us right to where we needed to be at the port! Overall a wonderful experience.

We are local and thought it would be fun to rent a convertible for a day trip to Miami. We booked a reservation a few days in advance but when we arrived to pickup our car they had rented it to someone else. Horrible experience. Thank goodness there are a lot of other rental companies in the area.

We rented a car for a few days, the service was excellent and the whole process was easy. I forgot to bring a proper credit card, I only had a prepaid card, but they offered to drive me back and forth from where we were staying to pick up a card they could use. The extra service definitely deserves a good review alone.

Waited almost an hour for a shuttle to appear. We saw 7 enterprise/alamo shuttles go by in that time. Finally get to the Hertz location and there is only one person working the counter with a lineup of 5 waiting. And service was slow. From the time we got to the shuttle waiting area until we got into our car was over 2 hours! I will definitely not use this location again.

Worst experience with a business I have ever had. Do not book with this location, especially if you would rather not spend more than an hour waiting in line before talking to a representative.nnThey do not answer their phone line. I called several times before arriving and not once did they pick up. I tried calling them again while standing in line (I had too much time on my hands anyway) and I watched as all 3 representatives ignored my phone call.nnAfter I waited my turn for 75 minutes in line, I was told that the vehicle I had requested had been given to a “Gold Member” and that there was nothing they could do to get me a car in the class I had reserved days before.nnI later discovered that that vehicle was given to a family who management let cut the line for whatever reason.nnNext, I was told they could get me an alternative, but there were no cars available in their lot and I would have to wait additional time for them to retrieve a car from another location. In total, my pre-booked rental took me 2 hours to finally get the keys and drive away, in a car that was below the class I had reserved.nnI have heard that there is an enterprise nearby with much better reviews. I suggest giving them your business over this makeshift operation.
