HONEST REVIEWnRenting from these guys was part of our 9 day adventure on Maui. This is unlike any rental company that I've used before. Be warned, these cars are somewhat older, but honestly, what did you expect for such a reasonable price? We were not super satisfied with our first car, so we called the company and requested a different car. Switching out to another car was super easy and the folks at the rental agency were very accommodating. Had this been another car rental agency, the process would have been hell. Also, did I mention that they pick you up right outside of the gate!?nnOur car was older, but ran like a champ -- took us all over the island and was key to having a great time during our vacation. I would feel comfortable renting from Kahului Auto Rentals again.
We rented a car from Yaro in March 2021 and had wonderful customer service. Great service when our car had a flat tire - within 1 hour it was repaired and back on the road we went. Yaro is very accommodating and helpful.....look no further. We will certainly be a return customer. Thank you Yaro!
Kahului Auto Rentals has the best deals in Maui if you are looking to rent a car. I was recommend to Yaro and I couldn’t be more pleased. If I decide to buy a car. I will buy from here.
Very disappointing. I made a confirmed reservation three weeks in advance and my booking was cancelled by Kahului Auto Rentals two days before I was scheduled to arrive in Maui. I was told that my reserved vehicle was unavailable due to an accident, and was not offered a replacement vehicle. I had to book last-minute with a different agency, and this cost me significantly more money.
Best rental company on Maui, and affordable!
