Wonderful price and customer service! Car was older but ran great and didn’t have to spend a ton of money for a rental! Would highly recommend.

Smelly old cars. Better rent one at big companies or any other Maui companies but not this one! Choosed newer and got 2006 car. Since when 2006 is considered new car? My friends who rented from another companies got at least 2015 cars which was looking good and driving well and for same price as here. You also need to return the car clean over wise is a charge which another companies also don’t have a charge for. So in the end you end up with paying double but for much worse conditions. Will never recommend this company for renting!

Charged my credit card for transactions which was not approved . Car was given very dirty but after we left they said that we didn’t clean the car. Charged us 80$ for cleaning. They said that car was damaged and charged another 300$ but it wasn’t damaged by us. Very old car, our friends even got a car with check engine light on. Didn’t refund the money for surfboard which we cancelled. Very unprofessional ! Cheap prices may atract you but after you use the car they will just charge continually your card so that I need to block it because they keep taking money.

The car was what we requested and waiting for us at the airport. We received a courtesy ride to the airport. Was wonderful not having to wait in the car rental line. Mahalo!!!

You may not get a shiny new 2021 vehicle, but you're going to get a great deal and a lot of help figuring out tricky vacation logistics. Thanks for all the help!
