Hertz... second time on our trip to Hawaii & second SNAFU. Cruise ship pulls into dock with lots of people going to Hertz & they have 1 person working check in. Family 3 groups ahead took 35 minutes. Hertz oh for 2. You stink.
Outside of the airport and a taxi is required but I got a better deal than at the airport. A new car and a lower price. Service was excellent as well.
Car was dirty inside and out upon pick up. Never experienced this with any other hertz location.
