Cruisin Maui Rent A Car

Very disappointed in their service!nnThey require you reserve online... the issue is it doesn’t mean anything. I got a quote online 4 days 2 weeks before my trip. I called both phone numbers listed on their site to confirm right after and I was sent to Tyler’s voicemail that was full.nnThen Kim emailed me to tell me they were ready to go. They just needed me to confirm which I did within like 5 minutes only to find that they gave my car to someone else. She was polite but said they would wait list me. :(nnNow my Road to Hana trip for our Honeymoon hangs in the balance of a cancellation.nnIn hindsight, I should’ve booked elsewhere before following up on my reservation. The 4 day wait period really cost me.nnI’ll update if they come up with a Jeep for us but until then I would stay clear of this place during the business season.

We have rented with Cruisin Maui several times now. Always affordable, great customer service and actually nice people.nnThey will even give you a ride to the airport!

Great company! Of everything we did on this trip this was the most straight forward thing that happened. Flat rate, no BS. Easy paperwork and we received everything we were told we would. Reserved the car, texted when we got there, and got picked up in the brand new soft top jeep. Loved the truck. Could not have gotten a better first impression of the people of Maui! Thank you. I've already recommended to some friends hitting Maui in February.

Wow I wish I had found out about this company prior to my trip. THANK YOU cruisin maui for being so accommodating and helpful! We decided to stay one more day on our trip, and after being way overcharged for a jeep from a different rental company, we decided to try to find a different car for our last day. I swear I called 10 places and this was the first and only place that was able to get me a car SAME DAY! After giving them my auto insurance info it couldn’t have been easier to go and pick up our Nissan truck (which we absolutely loved driving). And on top of all of that, they accommodated a late drop off for us AND gave us a free ride to the airport for our red eye flight. You guys are an amazing representation of the friendly people on Maui, thank you!
