Allsave Car Rental Maui

I was extremely satisfied with the experience. They were very helpful and upgraded me at no charge. I backed into another car in a parking lot, which separated the bumper panel from the side panel. Their mechanic fixed it and didn't charge us!

Left stranded at the airport. I had a reservation and was told the last airport shuttle pickup was 4pm but that they could leave the car at the airport for me. I paid an extra fee for this. I called the company to confirm this and sent numerous emails and text messages. They even texted me the day to confirm and I replied yes. I got to the airport earlier and called them. No response. I called after hours number and also no response. I left two voicemails and waited over an hour and still no response. There was no car and I had to take a Lyft. This was all today so we will see if they contact me at all to fix this but since tomorrow is Easter I highly doubt it. Also, when I asked the shuttle service at the airport their response was “oh yeah they do that to people all the time” so be prepared to be stranded. Maui doesn’t have a lot of Uber or Lyft options and they don’t have even Instacart where we are staying so no idea how we are going to even do things we had planned. Terrible start to our trip. Also- I am pregnant so feeling like it’s even a worse thing to leave a pregnant person stranded at an airport. Do not rent from this awful company.

Let us book only a few days in advance and very accomodating! Also a great choice if you are under 21, as some places I found did not allow us to rent cars at this age. Pretty cheap and a reliable car!

Amazing service from the beginning to the end. Wanted the car for 4 days ending up keeping it for 11-12 and I asked to get a cheaper rental for the extra days and they offer to lower the cost really close to normal car to keep the same! which we did with a big smile. Car was clean with no surprise or problems at return I paid what I was asked for. You can be sure if I ever go back I'm taking a rental from them again. Mahalo
