DO NOT BOOK!!nnWe booked a 9am reservation with full travel plans for the day. Avis called at 9am day of to inform us that they had ZERO cars for TWENTY reservations.nnExplain to me how you can screw up TWENTY reservations and not have a single car on hand. Terribly unprofessional experience, please do not book with this branch.

This Avis has a terrible selection of vehicles.nnThey weren't open during their stated hours, either. I tried returning my vehicle more than half an hour before closing, but the office was dark and nobody was there. Avis customer service suggested returning the car to the airport during rush hour since this office was closed for some reason, which is ridiculous.nnWhen I returned early they charged me $150 for effectively 2.5 days of rental time. It's totally ridiculous and I've never had this problem with other vendors.nnI'll never go back to this Avis location.

Staff was friendly .3 stars as it was the first Avis location where they inspected the car in too much detail before and after . Also the staff was not fully aware about corporate perks .As an individual every thing went fine but this could have been little better

I am Avis Presidents Circle and rent almost every week. The manager's name at this location is Cheryl. She is least interested in customer service.nnI had my reservation with no insurance and pick up at 11 am. When I get to the counter, the representative (Brian) rented the car out to me. He gave me the contract and asked me to initial on three spots. NO EXPLANATION OF THE CONTRACT AND DID NOT TELL ME THAT THEY HAD DECIDED TO CHANGE THE CONTRACT TO INCLUDE INSURANCE. I returned the car earlier than expected. Next thing I know is I have been charged extra: 1 extra day charge and $126 extra charge.nnI spoke to Brian and he said it would be fixed. Cheryl sends me a text (no call!!!) saying we will not reverse the charge as the contract was signed.nnDO NOT TRUST AVIS/BUDGET RENTERS AT CABOT HOUSE.
