CHERYL is the reason I am giving this budget location five stars. Somebody PLEASE give that girl a raise! She is amazing and so helpful, great customer service, deals with problems that aren’t even her responsibility and is the only person that works at any budget location that knows how to answer the phone. She’s truly great at customer service, I just can’t stress it enough! Please give her a raise, a bonus, something for all the work she does!
The car was very nice but it smelled very bad, it smelled like weed, I suposed cause the last driver, but Budget didn't clean it well.
After researching pricing for various truck rentals, budget came out as the cheapest by far. Saving $20 more than the next cheapest, and getting a 16' truck compared to the competitors 12' truck. It fit all my stuff no problem, drove great, and service was timely. Only wish the trucks were more fuel efficient (6-10 mpg).
I rented from Orlando airport. The agent added LDW after I declined; picking up at midnight I missed it. Then I went to get the car, it didn't exist! Another half hour to change the reservation to a real car that hadn't been cleaned, but I wanted to get out by then.nnThe LDW almost doubled the cost of the rental, and customer service refused to help.nnI will not be renting from Budget/Avis again.
Very good customer service at this location. Highly recommended branch of Budget.
