Had the best first time rental car experience with an associate named JP. I had arrived in Massachusetts from California to interview at Amherst and was extremely unfamiliar with the area and the social interactions of the area. JP was both welcoming and connectable while providing an impactful positive first impression of the Massachusetts region. Highly recommend this location based on his services and attitude!

Excellent service!!!! We were stuck in traffic, arrived late, JP waited for us with a smile and happy to be doing his job!! Easy check in, easy check out! He is compliment to your organization ! Always have done business with Enterprise because they will pick you up! The prices are fair and the service is extraordinary !nAgain a big thank you to JP, the Branch Manager in Framingham,MA!

I've been using Enterprise your years. I have know idea how the staff in Framingham manages to keep the volume of customers moving in and out without a hitch. I was so impressed! As always, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff despite the amount of customers (a few minutes prior to closing time) moving along. Very impressive! Bravo Framingham!!!

This enterprise location used to be fantastic and I would travel out of my way to work with them. Some people have quit or been moved to other locations and it’s now a complete disaster. The new “manager” is extremely rude. I’ve called and been told the manager needed to help me and he would call me back in 5 minutes. I’m still waiting for that call. I decided to just stop in to address the issue I was having with my current rental and he told me that he couldn’t do anything as he has other priorities than to help me. I have even witnessed him yelling at other customers when I was in there. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other enterprise location than this one.
