I was about to call a Lyft after dropping my car off @ Bonded Transmission in Framingham. They referred me to Enterprise and got a discount. Thank you Enterprise for your excellent service. Upgraded my rental, no extra fees, very honest, caring super fast check in & drop off. I will definitely be using your services again.

My company decided to take all company vehicles off the road during pandemic which left me with no vehicle two days before the 4th of July weekend! Enterprise was able to get me a vehicle immediately. The prices were very high because of the pandemic and the holiday, but I at least had something to drive. A week later they were able to move me to a smaller vehicle at about the same price. I have rented from Enterprise for over 20 years and appreciate the service they provide, even though their prices have gone up dramatically!

The employees at enterprise are amazing they quickly get you the car you need and are very informative. I’ve used enterprise locally and for my travels all my interactions have been great! Never had a issue.

There two people there when I got there; Duvoun H.: managment trainee Rent-A-Car Divison, and also another Man, unfortunately I don't think that I got his name. But I am almost certain that he was a manager. Anyways, they both were extremely helpful. Duvuon waited for me, even though I barely made my appointment, he still took his time with me. Making sure that I understood everything. Going over every inch of the outside of the car with me to be sure there was NO previous damage. At least nothing that would actually be considered damage that I could be responsible for. And they both were so very kind and helpful!!!nI had just been in a horrific car accident and am still suffering from a very bad concussion. So Douvon being so patient and really taking the erxtra time to help me, make sure I understood everything important (especially when I barely made it on time for our appointment). Yeah that was really great. Definitely cool people ud83dude0e ud83dudc4c ud83dudc4dnAt least, the people that I met.nAgain shout out to Duvoun!! Amazing service and all around good guy!!!
