Didn't have car level reserved. They downgraded me two categories. The gas tank was at an eighth but the contract said it was full. (They did correct when I complained.) The cleaning seal promised on the website was not on the vehicle. Go to another Hertz location or another company.

Very bad experience with the owner. He also runs Hertz rentals from the same location:nn6/14/18 - Returned car on time. There was nobody at the location, dropped keys at the box - received the late return fee.n6/22/18 - The Rented car the was dirty at the beginning. Returned car on time with the same fuel level. Received charge for the full tank of gas. Fighting to get it corrected for 5 weeks now. Owner provided no help, sent me with all issues to the Hertz area manager.nnThe owner is making incorrect charges hoping that they will go unattended. Customers, please, be aware of extra charges. Require receipt and make sure everything is correct at the beginning and at the end of the rental.

I had a good experience renting a minivan @ Hertz Framingham. The van was clean and prepare when I went to pick it up. Pleasure Customer Service. I will rent again if I have to.

Don't make a reservation with this office if you really need the car. My husband and I reserved a car to drive to my uncle's funeral. The office was closed and the Hertz employee disappeared once he realized he couldn't get into the office, so there were no keys for the cars. Another Hertz office offered a rental car when one became available, but by then it was too late to make it to the funeral on time.
