I had the pleasure of meeting Fernando,nthe assistant manager. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me an upgrade,nand made sure I was picked up and taken to the office and after returning the car made sure I got home. All in all it was an amazing experience and I would recommend ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL to anyone looking to rent a car for whatever reason.
I reserved a car 2 months ago. I went to pick up the car and they didn't have a comparable car to the one I ordered. I was told that I was getting a really good deal on the one they had because the prices went up... Maybe that's why I reserved a car 2 months ago?
This is to inform you thatn1) google has the incorrect address for your 5150 E Speedway Blvdn2) The telephone number for the branch on google directs you to the wrong address so you end speaking to a person at 3130 speedwayn3)The person at the 3130 branch gave me the correct address and said I could pick up car at the closer more convenient locationn4) Victoria made a point of being incredibly rude, refusing to assist me at all.n5) Adreas the car detailer was very helpful, very polite and offered to clean any of the multiple vehicles that were clearly available.nnThis has created an horrible problem for me - you should be made aware of this as her demeanor was the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with.nnAdditionally when you try to file a complaint you are not able too on there website.
The clutch on our car went out and Enterprise was able to arrive quickly as did the AAA tow. Hertz would not pick us up and did not have cars available for a few days. I am a Gold Member with Hertz. However, the cars have recently been in poor condition or unavailable. Enterprise had not only availability, but would not leave us stranded and picked us up. Friendly People and reasonable prices, also! Bye, Bye Hertz. I am now a customer of Enterprise.
The staff were very courteous and friendly but unfortunately, they had only 3 sedans available for rent and we wanted an SUV.
