Literally the worst service I've ever had. THE DMV WAS MORE HELPFUL!! They took my reservation, but failed to inform me that I would need a different debit card. I missed my job interview.

They don't answer or pick up the phone and I saw Alamo rental with a 4.2 star rating a better one and I try to cancel it won't let me and I try calling and it said I have to wait 7 days before my trip to cancel this rental car and this is my first time renting a car and this happens and Alamo got me a reservation right away and I talked to some one already and they got me a dodge charger on reservation for my trip

This was the Dollar Car Rental at Tuscon International Airport. It was easy to check in for the rental and easy to return the rental. All the staff were super friendly and answered all my questions. I also received a complimentary upgrade! Thank you Dollar Car Rental for taking such great care of me. I will definitely do business with you again in the future!

Have been renting from these guys for months.. The new staff is RUDE very unhelpful.. I always get my 200 bk when i return and now they day 24 hrs here it is almost 3 days later still waiting. U call the number nonstop they pick up and hang up on u. Left message for manager to return call still waiting.. I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
