Had to rent a car from Hertz at the airport and they don't accept debit cards unlike Enterprise. I will definitely not be renting a car from Hertz again!

Briefly, Never return your car early BE CAREFULnNEVER use expedia application to rent from hertz , Do not trust agents easily they say if you returned the car earlier you got the rest of the days back but these is tricks and different cases PAY ATTENTION

Awful experience, complete lack of customer service and just straight up unprofessional and unorganized. I booked a car with them and had the reservation confirmed. About 30 min before I go to pick up the car they tell me they don't have any cars ready for me and that I'll have to wait a day. After waiting an extra day I finally go to pick up a car and I tell them I'll need it for 2 days. On the second day they charge my account another $100 because I was supposedly a day late returning it. After calling multiple times with no answers I eventually get put on hold for 12 minutes and when I finally talk to someone I have to reminded them that the car is a day late because it was given to me a day late. When I went to return the car there was no one there and a handwritten note saying to call the same number that of course no one actually answered.nnSave your time, effort and sanity and go somewhere else.nn-Clint

Rented a car here and while the rental went smoothly, nothing else seemed to work out. The drop off place was super difficult to find!! Even using GPS didn’t help! I asked a few different places for directions and even the people I asked couldn’t seem to figure it out! I was almost late bringing the car back because I couldn’t find the place. Plus, there wasn’t a telephone number for me to call and let them know I was struggling and needed help. Lastly, because of COVID, they said they couldn’t take me back home, so I ended up taking a LYFT back home. I know that we should all take precautions, but this was just the last straw. Hertz needs to find a better way to make things a bit easier for their customers.
